Does anyone know of a good insurance compnay in the UK that will cover a car & motorbike.?
At the moment I insure both seperately but there must be a company where I can insure them either on the same policy or at a discounted rate?
Please do read the question before yyou answer! Please do not recommend websites like confused.com cos as far as I am aware they do not offer combined car and bike quotes.

Try Direct Line. They give a discount if you have 2 cars insured with them so it’s worth a try

Go have a look at confused.com. I do believe they can provide all the answers you need.

Try Swift Cover.com. Or go through Confused.com to see who is cheapest. We saved a lot with Swift.

I amn not aware of any companies that do this. There are companies that we deal with that offer ‘Family Fleet’ insurance which can provide a good saving but the savings will only start at 3+ vehicles & 2 + drivers/riders. This can include your whole families vehicles (including Vans,Cars & Motorcycles) including wifes & children.
If it is just you driving with just 2 vehicles – the odds are that one single comapny will not be the best deal for BOTH vehicles so you are more than likely saving money by insuring them individually.

Hi, I would still recommend a comparison site if they can search for both cars and motorbikes, you may be able to find a company on one of these sites that will cover you, it may require individual searching for each one first to get an idea. I’m a big fan of http://www.moneysupermarket.com/motor/ plus i’ve had pet insurance and other things off there. Worth a try
