haha yes and no. It should be pretty snug and a little uncomfortable because the pads get thinner as you wear it so that it has a better fit after a while. So if you buy a helmet that fits you perfectly at first then the pads will get squished and the helmet will be too loose and that’s unsafe.

that jacket is TOO big for that guy. It should be uncomfortbly tight at first. When you sweat and move in it….it will break in and get a bit looser.
